Being a second-time mom, I already had a lot of baby items from my first son, but there were a lot of necessities we didn’t have. I was lucky enough to receive a second baby shower (considering our children are six years apart) and most of our baby items were sold in garage sales to help with our move (15 hours away by car!)
Usually, after their first pregnancy, moms tend to hold onto their essentials for the next baby, because (as long as nothing is expired or considered no longer be safe to use) there’s no sense in buying everything brand new all over again. Well, that can make finding the perfect gift for mama and baby kind of difficult knowing she already has everything they need. So I’ve decided to put together a list of some great baby items for that om that already has all of her baby essentials!
Did I Mention that all of these bad boys are under $50? SCORE!
*Note, I do not own all of these photographs, credit goes to the original brand and product, linked below.
This is my bracelet from Isabelle Grace Jewelry – I can easily say that this is my favorite accessory! And look at Jax’s little baby feet in the background! Okay, sorry, let’s keep going…
See my review of this beautiful necklace HERE. SPOILER: loved it!
Isn’t this so true for moms? Whether the mom you’re shopping for is giving this whole ‘motherhood’ thing a go for the first time, or she’s on round 2, 3, 4, and so on, she probably fueling up on her cup of joe to get through the day.
BTW, who is Joe?! Where/how/when did that start? Anyone know?
Hellooooo NURSERY! I love this cut out so much, you can gift this for the mama to put in her little one’s nursery, or to use in photos 🙂
Perk Pack has it GOING ON! The mama you’re buying for is going to need a fresh reminder that she should be taking care of herself as well, and she will certainly perk up when she sees how thoughtful you were in picking out her Perk Pack. This set includes a journal, candle, turmeric face mask, bath tea, bath salt and a charm bracelet.
Another great self-care gift for the mom who already has everything! AJ Apothecary put together this amazing blend of Organic Oats, Uva Ursi, Plantain Leaves, Yarrow, Lavender Flowers, Calendula Flowers, and Chamomile Flowers to help to soothe irritations, comfort stretched skin, and relax tired muscles in the days and weeks after delivery.
These adorable knot pillows are unlike anything I’ve ever seen, but aren’t they the cutest? Made by JuJu And Jake with the softest of cotton and hypoallergenic stuffing, these knots make the perfect little sensory toy for little ones who are just learning to grab, push, pull and throw. They are also completely machine washable. JuJu And Jake make amazing braided crib bumpers as well –> crazy popular on Pinterest!
This one comes in a gift box ;). Give her a ring with her newborn’s name on it, or personalize it with her little one’s birthdate. Colors: silver, 18k gold filled, and rose gold filled.
Need I say more?!
I love this idea! It’s almost guaranteed that the mama in your life won’t have this because you can only get the stats after the little one is born, and mama will be so busy taking care of her babe(s) that she won’t have time to order a special pillow like this one before you can surprise her with it!
Another gift for just mom! This is great if you maybe won’t be able to meet her sweet pea for a while and want to send her a special gift. She can light her candle while she sips her wine after a long day.
THIS. IS. GENIUS. And really thoughtful!
I can’t even tell you the number of times I wrote Post-Its to our mailman asking him to PLEASE REFRAIN FROM KNOCKING because Jax was sleeping. He still knocked anyway, ignoring my in-your-face-hot-pink Post-It note with black sharpie lettering. We have one of these, and it’s been a God-send for naptime. Especially since we took away little man’s pacifier.
Llama + Unicorn = Llamacorn!
This might be cuter than a unicorn. I’m just saying – how many babies do you know with a Llamacorn?! I don’t know a single one! And besides being adorable, it’s SOOO soft! Comes in gray or white.
Okay, so she might have this one already, but I couldn’t leave it out just in case she doesn’t! These milestones blankets are great for those adorable monthly pictures us moms take to document their growth (and show our babies off all over social media!). Because those stickers you can put on their shirt are okay and all, but this takes the cake!
Which one was your favorite? I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments below!
(Mine was the Personalized Bracelet From Isabelle Grace Jewelry, but shhh – don’t tell the others!)
